About me
I am a native from East Tennessee. A first generation and transfer student, graduated ETSU with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Received my Master’s in Information Sciences (MLIS) degree from the University of Tennessee. Prior to being the Distance/Online Education Librarian Coordinator at Sherrod Library, I worked in the Wayne G. Basler Library at Northeast State Community College. Very passionate about advocating for students and providing them with the appropriate resources they need to succeed in academia and life. Avid gardener who cans and donates most of the harvest. I also enjoy camping and hiking along the Blueridge Mountains.
