Mrs. Stenisa Rice, Ed.S., an instructional leader, RTI Coordinator, and Media Specialist at Orchard Knob Middle School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As part of my school’s leadership team, I design systems that support students and position them to succeed.I believe strong relationships are the foundation of everything we do, and effective classroom management creates the structure where learning can truly thrive.My work is rooted in equity, driven by data, and grounded in high expectations for every learner—aligned to Hamilton County Schools’ Operation 2030 and focused on results, relationships, and real impact.I'm excited to share, collaborate, challenge our individual mindsets and equip fellow educators, librarians and stakeholders with practical strategies to transform outcomes in your school or classroom.
